If you are not satisfied with our product, PrepSealer offers 14 days return with full refund of your purchase price, for all products purchased directly from Prepsealer.com.
To be eligible for a return, Please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org for Return Authorization.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full refund. Shipping fee is not refundable in any cases.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5 Years Warranty for parts replacement!
We supply the parts such as the silicon valve, silicon gasket of lids for 5 years when vacuuming is not working properly or you misplaced them. Shipping fee is responsible by customers.
For damaged product, we supply for replacement of containers when customer receives the damaged container due to shipping, or got damaged within 60 days. Shipping fee is responsible by customers.
