Return & Warranty Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, PrepSealer offers 14 days return with full refund of your purchase price, for all products purchased directly from Prepsealer.com.
To be eligible for a return, Please send email to email@example.com for Return Authorization.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full refund. Shipping fee is not refundable in any cases.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75 value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5 Years Warranty for parts replacement!
- Silicon valves, Gaskets for lids, when air starts to leak, not making sealing
- Material issues, Workmanship issues, Defective product when you receive the order or find the damages within 60 days from purchase date
- All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the consumer.
Warranty Not covers:
- Normal wear and tears
- Dents and scratches
- Accidental damage (like a dropped product)
- Product misuse and improper care
If you experience a material or workmanship issue with our vacuum containers, Please send us email to email@example.com.
All claims must be accompanied by a picture of the damaged product.
If you are not able to submit a picture, you may ship the product back to us for review. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the consumer.
We will help you promptly with how to proceed next step and respond to your inquiry within 1-2 weeks.
