Happy New Year! Everyone! It is time of the year and people want to feel recharged, refresh and both mentally and physically healthier. Personally, I always get recharged by Apple cider vinegar habit whenever I feel weak and need some changes.

Apple Cider Vinegar is such a powerful product and has been used for years for all of its health benefits. Here are just a few of the many benefits offered by Apple Cider vinegar. 

1. Alkalizing to the Body

An important component to remaining healthy is keeping our bodies in an acid-alkaline balance. Our bodies are designed to work at an optimal pH level of 7.30 to 7.45 and by keeping our body within this pH range it allows other systems to remain in balance and keep our body functioning at an optimal level. When the body is struggling to stay within this range it puts a large toll on the body and can cause an imbalance through the different systems.

Although it would seem to be acidic, Apple Cider Vinegar is great for alkalizing the body and keeping the acid-alkaline balance.
